Many churches that have been around for more than a few decades (and some that have not) struggle with some of these issues. For some, it seems to be more about rules and maintaining the status quo than a relationship with Jesus and an encouraging, fun environment where healing and transformation can take place.

If we could only implement mass change throughout the mainline denominations and elsewhere, then what a more powerful force we could be for God.

I am thankful for a church where people line up outside the auditorium doors and race for good seats as if their at a U2 concert.  What an amazing opportunity to see people excited about Jesus.
