Veering from topic, one thought that probably comes from my Biblical ignorance (and this is a general question, not specific to you, Granger, or any other church that may provide me a paycheck): What makes church leaders feel it&#039;s ok to think and plan as if &quot;50 hours or more each week&quot; and &quot;limited financial resources for staff&quot; are acceptable and/or normal? This kind of thinking, I fear, leads to pressures and situations that are not God-focused and even counterproductive to my (our) growth as leaders, ministers, husbands, fathers, friends, etc. The task too easily becomes the main thing. So how do YOU fight that &quot;do more with less&quot; pressure? When can we stop and say &quot;God has given me the picture, but He hasn&#039;t yet given the resources.&quot;?</description>
