Over 300 Registered for Next Week’s Workshops

I will be teaching a workshop next Friday, July 22 with Tim Stevens, Granger’s executive pastor, based on our book Simply Strategic Growth. It’ll be the first time Tim and I have had a chance to teach this workshop, so we’re really looking forward to the experience.

If you’re not planning on being here next week, well, you’re one of the few. We have over 300 church leaders registered to join us for these one-day workshops. Leaders are coming to hear about the First Impressions, groups and creative arts ministries at Granger in addition to the workshop Tim and I are offering. It’s not too late to join us. By the way, we’re kicking around the possibility of taking a one-day, WiredChurches.com event on the road early next year. I’m always looking for an excuse to go someplace warm in January and February.     I don’t have a big city to offer, but I think it would be great if you held some workshops at Journey Church in Norman, OK or Life Church in Oklahoma City, OK. I don’t have any connection to either one, but it would sure reduce my drive time (10 hours to 3 hours). Plus, they value innovation.
