West Milton, Ohio’s Finest Blogger

I’m feeling really bad about this. There have been several times in the last eight months when I’ve thought, "I really need to add Brian Orme to my cool links." Not only is Brian a talented writer and designer, he’s practically living in the shadow of my boyhood home. As you’ll see in this Google map, Brian lives just 18.1 miles from where I grew up in Piqua, Ohio.

Brian, when you visit Piqua, do you ever overhear people talking about the good ole’ days when I used to traverse the highways and byways in and around the city (I use the term "city" loosely here.)? Do you ever hear someone say, "Tony Morgan–he was a Piquad (pronounced "pick wad") who brought pride to our community." Just wondering…

In the mean time, I’m adding West Milton’s finest blogger, Brian Orme, to my cool links.

    Good ole Piqua. I’ve lived in Springfield, OH (right between Dayton & Columbus) my entire life; at least until last year when I moved to Northwest Arkansas to help plant Keypoint.

    I had always heard that it was really called “Pua” because there was no IQ in Piqua. Sorry, bad joke. I heard it from someone in Sidney, Ohio

    Tony…please give ol dad Jerrel, my good friend and golfing buddy, a laptop computer for Christmas…I live in Fla. now, and I miss him alot….he would love seeing your blog and all the golfing info and coaching info on the web.And I would love to email him.
