Free Sample Survey

I mentioned the all-church survey we completed a couple of weeks ago in one of the box scores and I received several requests from people wanting to see a copy of the survey. Well, if a couple of you wanted it, there’s a chance a few more of you might also like to see it. With that in mind, consider this my gift to you:

Granger Community Church All-Church Survey (PDF format)

You can find other leadership downloads from Granger including forms and manuals on WiredChurches.com.

Thanks for the gift! Great timing…we’re getting ready to launch a survey around here, so this will be helpful to look over. I appreciate all of your hard work, thanks for sharing it!

    Tony,
Thanks for sharing this. We are also putting a churchwide survey together.

Did you have this done by a local market research firm or is this done in-house. As well, how often do you do this and finally, do you have any surveys targeted toward specific ministry areas.

Thanks so much for the link to your survey. We are doing our annual survey this weekend and while it was too late to change ours, we will definitely steal some of the ideas for next year.

In case anyone is interested, you can download a copy of our’s here: http://www.noelheikkinen.com/resources/riverviewsurvey.pdf

Sam, sorry it took so long to get back with you on your questions. We did this survey in-house; however, we have also used J. David Schmidt & Associates in the past for all-church surveys. We’re planning on doing this survey at least a couple more times this year. We do not currently have any surveys targeted toward specific ministry areas.
