Tomorrow wraps up a week of teaching. Tim and I are back home in Granger tomorrow teaching the Simply Strategic Stuff workshop. I love "Stuff." It’s the meat and potatoes. We talk about ministry structure, staffing, budgeting, technology, campus development and a number of other foundational topics for growing churches. I’m really looking forward to tomorrow. These are learning days for me as well. I love talking with other leaders, asking lots of questions and hearing what’s happening at churches throughout the country. Tim and I teach this workshop again this summer on July 21. You may want to consider bringing your leadership team and joining us for that event. I’d love to have the chance to hang out with your team as well.
