People need to know what is there. As an example, I am part of a distance campus whose main church is a couple hours away in another state. A couple of our core leaders didn't realize that they could give online through the church web site. And these are guys that do all thier banking online. If they don't know what is there, they won't show up either. Not only does your site have to have useful services or good and updating content to keep them coming back.
