Simply Strategic Contest

Slowly, but surely, we’re pushing toward 500 subscribers for the site. Seems like we ought to throw some sort of party or something when we break the barrier. What do you think? How should we celebrate that magical moment?

While we wait, I thought it would be fun to have a little contest. Let me know the date you think we’ll go over 500 subscribers through my FeedBurner feed. The first person to guess the right date will be the winner of the Simply Strategic book of your choice. I’ll even get Tim to autograph it. He loves to autograph books.

    i can’t resist the competition. it’s my “redeemed competitive spirit” however, as mark batterson taught at the buzz conf.

    so, i’m gonna go with May 15. i think i can get enough of my friends to sign up by that day to make sure i win.

    that’s the spirit.

    June 18th is the day. If you take out all of the weekends between yesterday (when you posted this) and June 18, it comes to 29. All you need is one per day and you will reach 500. And, actually, it is the day that my wife agreed to spend the rest of her life with me.

    I have calculated and done some deep scientific guessing and my guess is May 29!

    As a church staff worker, administration, I LOVE to see, read & hear what’s happening out there in Christian USA! New ideas & thoughts about spreading God’s message and I love than I can check one or two blogs and get the latest inside info! You & your blog ROCK!
