I don’t know what these numbers mean, but I wanted to highlight a first for TonyMorganLive.com. Over the last 30-day period, there have been over 10,000 unique visitors to the website. That’s in addition to everyone who is following the blog via feed readers and aggregators like Bloglines.com. To my knowledge, this is the first time I’ve had over 10,000 unique visitors in any given month. I thought that was pretty cool! Those numbers include over 4,000 returning visitors and over 6,000 first-time guests. Thanks for joining the conversation!

For the record, though, I will not be satisfied until the site surpasses 2,000 subscribers (see more about subscribing). I figure that’s when we can start referring to this site as a "megablog." Maybe then people will begin writing about how I "water down" my posts just to get subscribers. You know–they’ll start referring to the site as "blog-lite." Critics will downplay my site’s growth because it’s "lurker-driven." They’ll come down on my site because I don’t have enough altar calls and invite first-time visitors to become fully-immersed as RSS subscribers in every post. That’ll be fun!
