"I think that the best training a top manager can be engaged in is management by example. I want to make sure there is no discrepancy between what we say and what we do. If you preach accountability and then promote somebody with bad results, it doesn’t work. I personally believe the best training is management by example. Don’t believe what I say. Believe what I do."
Carlos Ghosn, CEO of Renault-Nissan as quoted on BusinessWeek Online (September 25, 2006)

I couldn’t agree more. Sadly, that’s one of my fears of the blogs (mine included) We hear great things from people that we don’t know. They might make something that’s incredibly difficult seem like the easiest thing in the world…and we have no idea what their personal struggle with this issue looks like.
I believe that you can impress at a distance and only truly impact up close…
Hi Tony.
Whether the Apostle Paul was near or far, who he was in Christ, and how he lived his life accordingly went before to all who knew him or of him.
Follow me, as I have followed Christ! What an example.
Just my thoughts.
God Bless.
