Elevation Church in Charlotte

I had an email exchange with Larry at Elevation Church in Charlotte, NC earlier today. Elevation is one of the "churches on my radar" that’s listed on my blog. Here’s an update on what’s happening with their ministry:

Elevation has a pretty cool story. They started back in February with seven families selling their homes and moving to Charlotte, NC to invest their lives in the church and that city.  Their first Sunday was February 5. They began with 98 people that first weekend. This past weekend they had 735. Larry shared, "It’s been a blast as we watch God transform lives."

I love hearing stories like that. And I’m guessing you have similar stories to share. Feel free to email me if you:

It’s encouraging to see stories from other churches. It reminds me that we’re all part of a big mission. I love it!

    OK. Sure. The box score is neat and all that. It’s really helpful for some people. But I want you to cancel the box score and bring back the 24 series on your blog. Now that is what we are all wanting to see!!!
