Get Your Strategy On
I’ll update the box score for this weekend later this evening, but I wanted to give you a heads up on something you’ll want to check out. One of our pastors, Rob Wegner, did a very unique message this weekend that incorporated a couple of video clips he wrote. We launched "Suburban Legends" this weekend. The first suburban legend he addressed was "I need to get more done with less time." I’d put it in one of the top 10 messages I’ve heard anyone teach.
Do yourself a favor, block out 45 minutes of your time. Download the message notes. Open up your video player to watch this service. Fast forward to about 13:45 to catch the beginning of the message. You won’t be disappointed.
This service will only be available online for one week, so don’t delay.
"More beyond."

Already did. It was one of the best teachings I’ve ever heard!
I look forward to watching Granger’s services every Monday. You guys are leading the way when it comes to media arts! It’s hard to believe that we’re 2 of only a handfull of churches who stream their complete service. I work here: pclive.org. We need more online churches!

Gah… why must people continue to use streaming video? I just want to download this and watch it full screen. Instead I have to watch this video on a postage stamp, and only as long as my internet remains stable. And I have Comcast so that’s usually not very long.
Don’t mind me complaining. =) But I probably won’t watch this now because of the extra hassle.

I’m guessing that it’s streaming so people can’t copy it - since there are some songs that they probably don’t own….and that might be a little “iffy” to broadcast online…
just a guess though - I’m clearly no lawyer

Ding. Ding. Ding. Sean has the right answer. We only have rights to stream music, but we can’t offer it for download.

Nice blending of other teachings that I’ve heard. Good job on tailoring to your congregation.

Well can’t you offer the part that doesn’t have the music for download? You even say to fast forward past it to get to the message… a “download just the message” link would be awesome - in a perfect world…

Wow, that was awesome. I live in Florida but heard there’s more than corn in Indiana…. guess my wife was right. :) Looking forward to going back to her hometown in Goshen and stopping by Granger. What an amazing sermon, please pass our thanks on to Rob.

You ARE able to download the audio MP3 to your computer which only includes the message portion. Here’s a direct link:

Jesse - glad to help. Sorry for the caps in the word “are”. I was just really excited more than anything. :) I listened to half the message this morning during my commute. Powerful, revolutionary, and timely stuff!
