Message: "20 Year Celebration" — Mark Beeson, Senior Pastor, recalled the first 20 years of ministry at Granger Community Church and encouraged us to pray, prepare and practice our faith.
Service Highlights: The highlight for me was seeing the pictures and medias capturing 20 years of memories. Since I’ve only been around for the last 8 years, it was fun to see some of what happened before I was engaged in ministry at Granger. Good stuff!
Stats: 6,387 total attendance (5,017 adults + 1,370 kids); 14.1% increase from same weekend last year
Percentage of weekend attendance by service:
- Sun 10:15 am = 29%
- Sat 5:30 pm = 23%
- Sun 11:45 am = 19%
- Sat 7:30 pm = 16%
- Sun 8:45 am = 13%
Final Notes: Mark announced our plan to give back to the community this holiday season. In honor of our first 20 years of ministry, we’re going to be giving 20 gifts over 20 days to the community. Here are all the details on this year’s Christmas offering at Granger.
