Get Your Strategy On
"When the pain gets so bad that you’re ready to quit you’ve set yourself
up as someone with nothing to lose. And someone with nothing to lose
has quite a bit of power. You can go for broke. Challenge authority.
Attempt unattempted alternatives. Lean into the problem; lean so far
that you might just lean right through it."

Thanks for finding, liking and linking to Idea Sandbox! I’m glad the post about Seth’s new book “The Dip” was helpful. It’s a great little book.
You may also want to check out the book “Made to Stick” by Chip & Dan Heath… It’s about how to make your messages more meaningful so they stick with people.
Especially helpful with a ministry.

Thank you Tony for sharing the prayer needs of the team. We see the team doing things seemingly easily that we forget that it is all new to them too.

So true! My pastor often reminds us that the devil so often overplays his hand. That’s usually when the realization hits me that we battle not against flesh and blood but principalities and spirits of darkness. That realization makes me just angry enough to get back in the fight, suit up and worship the King of Glory.

Seth is one of the most powerful writers and speakers concerning American consumers today.
I appreciate his perspective.
Thanks for the quote.

Love it. In some strange way it makes me think of another quote I read earlier today…
“Life. It’s like wrestling a gorilla. You don’t quit when you’re tired, you quit when the gorilla is tired.”
