		<description>Hey Tony...I read this one a month ago and it is absolutely fabulous.  I would rank it up there with Good to Great as being a book every church staff should read.

As I read I could also see many parallels to different churches that corresponded with the chapter I was reading.

This one is definitely two thumbs up.
