Talk to a Real Human!

I found the coolest new website (via TechCrunch). Instead of calling companies and having to navigate through those annoying phone trees before you can talk to a human, Bringo does it for you…for free!
I just used it to connect with the cable company. I simply selected the name of my cable company, entered my phone number then clicked "fetch!" Bringo dials the number and navigates the phone tree automatically. All I had to do was wait for a callback. When I picked up the phone, there was a real live human from the cable company on the other line. Unbelievable! It almost made calling the cable company fun!
If that doesn’t work or the company you’re trying to reach isn’t available through Bringo, here’s another site that lists companies and provides the shortcuts to get to a human customer service representative.

Yes !!!
gotta love the technos that can outsmart the other technos!
I’m not applying for your assistant’s position because of my lack of techno knowledge…my hats off to all you techno nerds!
Thats cool – you can always try the old faith method “press zero at any time” method too.
Maybe this is a top 10 technology mistake for the church – not having a human answer the phone.
Another one is NOT having someone respond to the email in a timely fashion.
I know – wrong post to comment it on but im lazy!
this would have come in handy…i spent over an hour on the phone with AT&T trying to get new service at our new place…first phone people, then cable, then DSL, then wireless, back to cable, back to phone [[disconnect]]…hold music…cable…and then lo and behold, everything that was supposed to be turned on May 10th was finally completed at 7 pm May 13th (which involved several more calls, more on hold music, and more accidental disconnections.)
