I'm going to get the book! It's seems to be speaking to right where I'm at in life. I posted recently on my blog about taking risks and liked the part in your post where Seth wrote, "if it scares you, it might be a good thing to try." I also liked "The time to look for a new job is when you don't need one. The time to switch jobs is before it feels comfortable."
