My Coffee Supplier from the Buckeye State

I got a surprise in the mail on Thursday.

A few weeks ago, I had a conversation with Todd from NewPointe Community Church in Dover, OH (Go Tribe!) while I was at the Dynamic Church Conference. We were talking about coffee. I like coffee, but apparently I don’t like it as much as Todd.

Todd orders coffee beans from Peru, roasts them in his popcorn popper, grinds the beans and then brews his own coffee. I could be wrong, but I think the words "better than Starbucks" came out of his mouth as he was describing the process.

Well, Todd was kind enough to send me a sample of his signature roast via FedEx. We brewed a pot yesterday. Let’s just say for the record–it was a "Happy Tony Day." Thanks, Todd. You make Juan Valdez look like just another Columbian farmer.

    Tony,

Glad you enjoyed the freshly roasted beans and that I could be part of your “Happy Tony Day.”

    Keep Leading!
