Thanks, Tony! I ditched my PDA in favor of using iGoogle. Very slimmed down yet all-encompassing.

Tony,

I've been an avid Outlook user for a while and like most of us, my entire life is on there! I know you have "googlized" your own life so I was interested to know how you set that up. Would you walk us Outlook users through what you have do to "googlize" your life and get the same results as what Outlook offers? Thanks!

Grant

Tony,
I am a Googlin' Fool and love most any techno gadget I can get in my curious little hands, but when it comes to managing tasks, I have found nothing that compares to the Hipster PDA....check it out at this link http://www.43folders.com/2004/09/03/introducing-the-hipster-pda/
or by simply doing a Google search on "Hipster PDA". I tossed my PDA into the desk drawer and haven't missed a beat since switching to a Hipster PDA...if you need additional references, check with Ken Wilson, he too is a faithful Hipster man...if nothing else, check out the website, you will be at least amused by the technology, if not sold on the application...

If backpack's not your style, you can always go with 37Signals' Ta-Da-list. A little leaner.

or if she's a Mac lady, try Check Off. I've been using it and I like it (though it doesn't publish to the web).

Hi Tony.

Google acquired Jotspot last year. When it goes back online, that's going to be the solution to the missing link.

Chris, you win the "let's just keep it simple" solution contest. Why didn't I think of that?

I set up an iGoogle page for Em tonight...complete with the "To-Do List" gadget. She's feeling very Googlishious tonight.

Are you using the Google Homepage (iGoogle)? If so, you can add widgets to it for Gmail, Calendar, and a "To-Do List" that suffices as a simple task list tool.

I've been using Remember The Milk for a while now and while it's not a Google solution, they plug into Google left and right. They have a gadget for iGoogle and they'll include to-do items into Google calendar. The service and response time using the Web site is phenomenal. I've thrown away every other To-Do manager out there.
