Agreed. It's a great book. After reading it, I ran out and bought five copies and gave them to our management team.

Normally I hate "fable" style books. I prefer the straight-up research and data. But this book won me over.

Five Dysfunctions of a Team is great as well.

I picked this book up Friday and as the wife and kids were away for a night, I read it in one sitting. Excellent book!

Great book, isn't it? I think it is the best follow-up to Good to Great and a really excellent way to make the hedgehog idea come to life. It got added right away to my list of the 5 Books Every Leader Needs to Read. Really good stuff!
