Message: "Do You Know?" — Perry Noble,
Senior Pastor, taught from Matthew 7:21-23 and challenged us to ask ourselves three questions: Am I real? Am I wrong? Am I ready? This was really a message for those of us who have been in church for a while. Perry wanted to make sure we weren’t relying on being a good person or doing good things or being involved in church activities to get us into Heaven. Instead, we have to receive Christ as our Lord and Savior.

Service Highlights: As a result of today’s message, 277 people received Christ. Perry talked about this on his blog earlier this week.

Stats: 7,629 total attendance; 1,906 person increase (33.3%) from the same weekend last year

Final Notes: I can’t reveal the details, but folks that attend the services this weekend are in for a special treat. I’m serious. It’s going to make you happy. By the way, most of the college students will be back this weekend. To make room for first-time guests, it would still be helpful for about 1,000 more people to shift to Sunday evening services. Just between you and me, Perry tends to be a little bit more "pointed" in the evening, so you might find that you really enjoy that option. (I do.)
