Here’s the "box score" for this Sunday at NewSpring Church.

Message: "Tearin’ Off the Roof" — Perry Noble,
Senior Pastor, shared a message based on Mark 2:1-8. That’s the story of the four men who carried their friend who was a paraplegic to hear Jesus. Perry used it as a challenge for us to change the way we think about the Church, ourselves and Jesus. At the conclusion of the message, he encouraged everyone to write down the name of someone they’d like to invite to next weekend’s services.

Service Highlights: Way too many highlights for me in this service, but, honestly,
my favorite was the combination of "You Never Let Go" and "Yellow" (Matt Redman/Coldplay) from the worship set.

Stats: 8,100 total attendance; 2,227 person increase (37.9%) from the same weekend last year

Final Notes: Unless you’ve invited a friend that needs to attend the 11:15 service, I strongly recommend you check out one of the evening services at 4:15 or 6:00 on Sunday. We’re expecting our highest attendance ever especially with all the college students back next weekend. If you love Jesus, sleep in on Sunday!
