Fantasy Draft Results
Jacob and I are feeling pretty confident about the Phat Attack, our fantasy football team. Here’s how our team stacks up after last night’s draft:
Starters
- Tony Romo, QB, Dallas Cowboys
- Brian Westbrook, RB, Philadelphia Eagles
- Thomas Jones, RB, New York Jets
- Marvin Harrison, WR, Indianapolis Colts
- Laveranues Coles, WR, New York Jets
- Kellen Winslow, TE, Cleveland Browns
- Ahman Green, W/R (RB), Houston Texans
- DeShaun Foster, W/R (RB), Carolina Panthers
- Jason Hanson, K, Detroit Lions
- Dallas Cowboys, Defense/Special Teams
Bench
- Ben Roethlisberger, QB, Pittsburgh Steelers
- Mike Bell, RB, Denver Broncos
- Drew Bennett, WR, St. Louis Rams

You are officially one of ‘those guys’ now…
Will you be updating us every week on the status of ‘your team’? :P
Looks like a pretty solid team, except for a TE AND QB that like ride motorcycles and wreck them!
What? Tony Romo over Peyton Manning–and Roethlisberger on the bench? I don’t know if that’s a good set of picks..of course, if Romo is all you have left..but I think he’s way too caught up in Miss Carrie Underwood.
Anyway..nice blog site–just read your ’24′ series and have read a few others passed on by Pastor Perry Noble.
So you used to be up in Granger, IN? I was born in Anderson, IN and lived most of my life there, moving only to Indianapolis and Muncie until my career took me out to PA. I live in Hanover PA and attend a very wonderful church here (Hanover First Church of God), but I visit SC every year. I actually heard of Pastor Noble via Redemption Church up in Conway and their website.
Thanks for a wonderful blog site–and God Bless!
tony romo? why why I ask why
I am assuming you took Brian Westbrook first round, but with 4 starting RBs and 1 bench RB who did you take in the second round? I have already done one draft and have another one tomorrow. I love fantasy football.
If I remember correctly, we took Marvin Harrison in the second round. I know. You’re supposed to take a second running back, but we thought Marvin Harrison was the best available player.
tony
Okay,
I’m a girl and questioning your QB choice, benching Ben? Hey where are the west coast teams represented? (san Diego?) hmmmm.. I’ll be watching… Yes I read your blog daily and LOVE FOOTBALL.. So we’ll see..keep us posted will ya
Ok everyone, here’s the deal: Tony Romo is ranked pretty low in Fantasy Football but he is the BREAKOUT QB for the 07 season! Just wait, you’ll see. I think he will end up the top FF QB for the season.
