Here are few things that are on the top of my mind today…
- Resurrection Life Church in Richland, Michigan is launching a new series in October called "I love the 80’s." That’s it. I’m going to see if Melody can feather my hair the next time I get my hair cut.
- My friends at Granger are in the middle of Innovate ‘07. If you have to enjoy it from a distance, you can catch session notes from Tim and Corey. And, rumor has it the "naked pastor" had live coverage of the sessions.
- I can’t believe I haven’t mentioned this. Jake Beaty is blogging! Jake is our pastor of care and outreach at NewSpring. Jake gets the tough questions. And, now he’s blogging about them. (This should be great news to all the bloggers who love attacking NewSpring!)
- I’m currently downloading "The Definitive Collection" by Stevie Wonder using SpiralFrog.com. Superstition is one of the greatest songs ever.
- Jonathan Falwell was just added to the panel I’m on at the National Outreach Convention. Can’t wait to meet him. Jonathan, of course, is the Senior Pastor of Thomas Road Baptist Church in Lynchburg, Virginia. I’m looking forward to hearing more of his story.
