Youversion
The boys at LifeChurch.tv have released the beta version of YouVersion today. YouVersion is going to transform the way we read, study and have conversations about the Bible. If you’re familiar with BibleGateway.com, it’s kind of like that only it’s BibleGateway.com meets YouTube meets Facebook. YouVersion includes the ability to:

  • Search for scripture or scroll through it using the "Bible
    Reader"
  • Star verses and content
  • Tag verses and content
  • Contribute images, videos, links, and text to
    passages
  • Start journaling
  • See what others are sharing
  • Email items to friends and family
  • Rate content
  • And more is on the way

I can’t wait to start playing around with the beta. I’ve been very impressed with the features rolled out in the earlier alpha versions. I’m also looking forward to checking out your contributions. The Bible 2.0 has finally arrived!
