I’m heading to Dallas today with a few of my NewSpring friends to check out how Fellowship Church is approaching their multi-site strategy. Of course, all of this is in preparation for launching our first NewSpring campus in Greenville. Fellowship has a main campus in Grapevine, Texas, three additional campuses in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and a fifth campus in Miami, Florida. (I need to see that one some day soon.)
During our trip, we’ll be visiting the Grapevine campus and the Plano and Downtown locations. By the way, in case you haven’t heard, Fellowship has recently committed to relocating their Fort Worth location to a permanent downtown facility.
