What are the odds?

I wouldn’t have believed it if I didn’t see it with my own eyes. What are the odds that these four things could happen in one NewSpring service:

• The special music featured a banjo player.
• They played Brick House by the Commodores. (Yes, it’s still the ring tone for when Emily calls. Because of that, it’s my happy song.)
• Perry indicated he would be fine with his daughter being a South Carolina Gamecock.
• And, my pastor received his very own PlayStation 3 from the church…which I hope he’s willing to let me test out.

Admit it–you just never know what might happen when you show up to a NewSpring service.
