Guest Appearance on the Catalyst Roadtrip

Vanagon_sm
A couple of days ago, Chad and LV climbed in the Vanagon and launched a trek across the country in what they’re calling the Catalyst Road Trip. In addition to just having a crazy, fun time, the guys are on a crusade to learn what’s happening on the front line of ministries that are a part of the Catalyst community.

Though a hiccup in the scheduling didn’t allow me to connect face-to-face with Chad and LV, I did have the distinct privilege of chatting with them by phone as they were departing Atlanta for the vast frontier. It was fun hearing about their upcoming adventure, and they used the opportunity to get an update on what’s been happening at NewSpring. The most poignant moment in the conversation, though, certainly had to be the acknowledgment of mutual gratitude that Chad and I shared because of the fact that we are Facebook friends.

Speaking of Catalyst, earlier this week I got an insider’s look at the proposed speaker line up for this year’s conference. I can’t reveal the names, but this year’s conference is going to rock. Just out of curiosity, though, if you were designing a conference for ministry leaders, who would your dream speaker line up include?
