It’s hard to believe, but I’m closing in on the end of my first year at NewSpring. It’s been a fun run, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve beside some very talented folks. With that, I thought I’d take the opportunity to introduce to you the players on our strategic services team. These are the peeps that are making a lot happen behind the scenes. From left to right…
- Jenn Sangl, Database Coordinator — She helps us track ministry connections using FellowshipOne.
- Skye Thomas, Communications Coordinator — She manages the workflow in our communications area.
- Chris Dunagan, Graphic Designer — He executes almost every print deliverable.
- Jared Barden, "The IT Department" — No, really, Jared is the only IT guy we have on staff right now. (Aren’t you glad you don’t have his job?)
- Howard Frist, Greenville Campus Pastor — He’s responsible for fulfilling the NewSpring mission and vision in Greenville.
- Lindsay Taguba, NewSpring Ministries Coordinator — She helps us encourage and equip other church leaders.
- Jennifer Jones, Executive Assistant — She manages my ministry life and has a concealed weapons license. My assistant could be packing heat.
- Mark Flowers, Intern Boy — He’s helping us with Web development.
- Joshua Blankenship, Creative/Web Director — He’s responsible for the visual brand and bringing the NewSpring experience to the Web.
These folks rock. I’m honored to be able to serve Jesus beside them at NewSpring. If at any time I happen to express any hint of intelligence or creativity in my ministry, it’s probably because of the work and inspiration of these friends. They make ministry life fun.

Thanks for the introductions. They look like some pretty amazing and talented folks!
Being more of a creative person myself I can appreciate the creative element that Joshua Blankenship brings to the NewSpring web site and promotional materials. It’s nice to put a name with the graphics! :-)
