One of my favorite dining experiences in Anderson is certainly Five Guys. It’s a Morgan family favorite.

  • They just serve three things: burgers, hot dogs and fries. (Never had the hot dogs, because the burgers are too good.)
  • Choose from fifteen free toppings including sauteed mushrooms.
  • Choose from regular or Cajun style fries.
  • One size of drink with free refills.
  • Fresh ground beef–never frozen.
  • Simple.
  • Clean.
  • Yummy.

Best burger in town, and we were able to feed and satisfy the entire Morgan clan for under $25.

You’ll find Five Guys up and down the east coast. If you have one in your area, I highly recommend it. Tell ‘em Tony sent you.

They have the most amazing fries. Nothing better than an extra scoop of fries added into every bag!!!

I would have to agree! I just took our new church planters there for a meeting and loved it. Huge burgers, fresh cut fries, and all you can eat peanuts!! What a deal!

Never been, but your description sounds like an East Coast version of In-N-Out. I’ll have to check it out.

I totally Agree, and a tip for those that have not been yet…
A regular burger is actually a double, and a “Little” burger is a single. Also, one large fry will easily feed two people.

The first time I went was with a friend when they opened here in Charlotte. We both ordered Cheeseburgers and 2 large fries, little did we realize how much food that actually was! We both finished the burger but we could not get through 2 large fries between the 2 of us, as good as they were we could not do it.

Great food, I highly recommend it!

I agree. Five Guys is AWESOME! They make everything FRESH! No frozen hamburger meat and they cut their own potatoes for the fries – wow.

I also love Five Guys and hope that my family will one day embrace the greatness and make it a family favorite.
