Free Music, Simplicity and the Teenage Web

Here are some things that have been on my mind in recent days:

  • David Foster has a list of ten things we need to stop doing. If you ignore the rest of this post, at least follow the link to this list.
  • Rumor has it that Jeff Kapusta and his team are in the house this evening.
  • I’m starting my second decade of ministry this year. With that in mind, this post from Craig really resonated with me.
  • I’m waiting on Qtrax.com to officially launch so that I can test their new site that’s offering free and legal music downloads.
  • I absolutely loved Scott’s post on why they embrace simplicity at The Orchard.
  • TechCrunch reported a few weeks ago that 59% of teens are creating online content. Information-only websites are dead. These students aren’t just surfing the Web, they’re creating it. How is your ministry connecting with this audience?

    Tony,

I just read that Qtrax.com is a hoax.
