Our team is moving forward with final preparations for Unleash 2008 which is next Thursday. Here are a few fast facts that may interest you…

  • There are only about 100 spots left. If you’re deciding at the last minute to attend, I strongly recommend that you register online rather than waiting to register on site.
  • There are over 300 NewSpring volunteers that will be serving our guests. You’re going to love them.
  • With about 2,000 conference guests, over 300 volunteers and the seventy-some NewSpring staffers, the auditorium will be at capacity. If you’d like to sit with your team, I recommend that you show up early. Check-in will begin at 7:30 a.m. We’ll have coffee and breakfast waiting for you.
  • For those that are interested, pre-registration will be open on Wednesday evening from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. After you check in, you’re also invited to view the student ministry program happening that night.
  • The latest weather forecast is for partly sunny conditions and the high 60s. It may be cool in the morning, so wear a jacket. Perry also keeps it cool in the auditorium, so you may need to bundle up there as well.
  • Lee’s new CD will be available for purchase. Bring an extra $15 with you, so you can pick that up.
  • If you’d like to plan ahead, we decided this week that next year’s conference will be on Thursday, March 12, 2009. Without spilling all the beans, let’s just say you’ll have options next year for where you’ll be able to experience the conference.
