If you’re not planning on being at NewSpring for one of our Easter services, you may ignore this post. For the rest of you, here’s the scoop. Because of our concern for running out of seats for Easter services, we decided yesterday to add a fifth service. Here are the details…

  • We are doing five identical services: Saturday, March 22 at 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, March 23 at 9:15 and 11:15 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  • We are launching the Sex, Money & Power: The Man Series on Easter weekend.
  • We’re sending out a direct mail promotional piece to over 70,000 households in the region. In other words, there are going to be a lot of people competing for your seats.
  • We are doing one less service that we did at Christmas, so these Easter services are going to be packed.
  • If you want a seat at a specific time, you need to reserve your free tickets right away. It appears the Saturday 6:00 p.m. and Sunday 11:15 a.m. services are going to fill up first.
  • You’ll also want to reserve tickets for your "3" friends.
  • Finally, Perry has some big news to share. It’s not as big as the "Jesus is Risen" news, but it’s pretty big. He’ll make that announcement Easter weekend. (I wonder how many people are guessing that Lucretia is pregnant right now?)
