There is a buzz on the campus today and staff and volunteers prepare for the Unleash Conference tomorrow. I don’t think I’m going to be able to sleep tonight. Here are some random items that may interest you…
- The Unleash forecast is "sunny and a high of 74." (Thank you Jesus!)
- We’ve constructed a tent city on the campus to accommodate breaks, lunch and the break out sessions. That’s why I’m thankful we’re going to have great weather.
- By the way, my blogging/communications break out will be in "Tent 3" during the morning sessions. I’m begging you to come to my breakout. It would be highly embarrassing if Jason Moorhead has more people than me attending his session.
- The band will be playing "We Stand," and that makes me happy. (By the way, CD Baby has more of Lee’s new CD in stock.)
- On the music front, Howard announced yesterday that Tom will be our new worship leader at the Greenville campus. We have recording artists all over the place now.
- Oh, and the report is that they’ve started hanging dry wall at the Greenville campus. Things are moving fast.
- It’s a race to see what Easter service "sells out" first. Will it be the Saturday 6:00 pm or Sunday 11:15 am? Get your free tickets here.
- Perry shared the "big news" with the staff team today. But, we have to keep it a secret until Easter. He’s going to make the announcement at the Easter services. I hate keeping secrets.
- Finally, Meredith, one of our NewSpring volunteers provided today’s blog banner. I thought you’d appreciate her artistic rendering of me. I think I look better sketched than I do in real life.

Tony, I may have to travel to G’ville to listen to the new worship team! I’ve really enjoyed Tom’s God given talents in Anderson…G’ville is very blessed!
YEAH!!! We are attending the 4 pm Sat. Easter service, so we will be in the loop first! Again, my mind is all over the place as to what’s up now!
No sure if I will sleep tonight either…it is a BLAST to volunteer for Uleashed! Serving is what we are created to do, and there is nothing that brings me more joy than seeing Jesus rock lives for The Kindgom.
