Google FF is averaging around 51% of my subscribers on feedburner over 30 days. It doesn't have anything to do with the bar graph. In the graph, each bar is a different day. And, there's about a 600-subscriber drop on the lower days from Google subscribers that FeedBurner isn't factoring in.
