Be Your Own Man

Lee and Justin wrote a song for yesterday’s services in "The Man Series." If this qualifies as country music, then this may be the only country song that I can truly appreciate. It fit well with the message of the day, and the crowd loved it. Here’s "Be Your Own Man."

Unfortunately, this song isn’t on a Matchlight in the Dark, but we’re trying to convince Lee he needs to get back in the studio to make this available for us.

By the way, Perry will be back this weekend to continue the series with a message on "Body Language." If you’re a man (or a woman), you won’t want to miss it.

Definitely NOT country. Sounds like a little Southern Rock to me! That was AWESOME!

Yeah, I’m thinking Southern Rock. I could see Chris Robinson and Co. putting this on a Black Crowes record.

Hello Tony. Please convince them. like right now.
This song has such great messages.
I let my son listen to it. And He loves it.
I can tell him to be a man, but He doesn’t want to hear from his mom… I guess.
Play this song again on Father’s day perhaps?!
    Thank you :D
