Get Your Strategy On
I’ve been hanging out with the crew from The Rock Church in Monroe, Washington today. Michael and I experienced both morning services and then ate lunch with Jeff and the rest of the staff team.
Last night, we were invited to the pits to experience opening night at Evergreen Speedway in Monroe. Jeff, unfortunately, was knocked out of the main event race due to a collision with one of the other cars. For those folks that have been around NewSpring for the last couple of years, you may recognize the t-shirt he was wearing last night.
This afternoon, Michael and I traveled downtown. We walked down to the Pike Place Market and stopped in the original Starbucks. It’s rainy and 50s this afternoon. This is what I expected Seattle to be like. And, this is why everyone in Seattle drinks coffee…everyone, that is, except Michael. He doesn’t drink coffee–he just drinks vanilla frappuccinos. I know–it’s a very sissy drink for a man to order.

Hope you enjoyed the rain here. It’s almost summer…or at least that’s what I tell myself day after day.
