Some additional info about YouTube - it is 15-20 minutes of Andy's message where we feel people can sink their teeth into. We know people will not step foot in a door of a church but they will click on a link to a place that is familiar and as you said it clearly - something the culture has firmly embraced. Also, TenBefore is something that we do before the services on all three campuses. Goal was and is to take the announcements OUT of the service. So, why not show them in a different way when people are already sitting. For the first time person arriving, we hope that walls are broken down just by playing this video that welcomes them, identifies them, and lets them know what is going on. We then export the same content to the web each week. By the way, went to UNLEASH. For a one day conference, you guys accomplish more than what some conferences do in 3 days. Much Love. As churches promote safe-surfing, we still get some of our content blocked because of the way our pages are labled. One more thing for us to keep in mind...
