Get Your Strategy On
The other day, Carlos and I had the honor of interviewing some of the greatest leaders in the church today. We talked with guys like Greg Surratt (Seacoast), Nelson Searcy (The Journey), Ron Sylvia (Church of the Springs), Perry Noble (NewSpring), Kerry Shook (Fellowship of the Woodlands), Bil Cornelius (Bay Area Fellowship), Jonathan Falwell (Thomas Road Baptist), Miles McPherson (The Rock), Bobby Gruenewald (LifeChurch.tv), Mark Batterson (National Community Church) and Dave Gibbons (NewSong).
Of course, the highlight of my day may have been this conversation with Mark Driscoll from Mars Hill. Los started the interview. I jumped in after hearing Perry’s panel session at about the 6:00 mark. Check it out:
If you’d like to check out more of the interviews, they’re available on demand.

I’m jealous you got to send time with Driscoll. I’d love to have lunch with the guy sometime. I just hope I’m not developing a man-crush on him.

Tony, LOVE listening to conversations/Q&A’s like this. As a member/volunteer, it helps me to realize what goes on to make things happen on Sundays (or what ever day/night a church holds it’s main preaching event) all around the globe. Thank you to all of your leaders and behind the scenes folks that make it possible for the volunteers, members and attenders. You guys/gals are just like the rest of us with families and stuff of life.
You guys are just examples of what God can do when we are 110% sold out and acting on the passion He has given you. Thanks to all of you guys! No wonder Perry’s face is melting off. Can’t wait to see how NS is going to be ROCKED by what God is teaching you guys!!!
