  • “I was addicted to self.”
  • It may be the biggest idol. We’re trying to be god.
  • “We’ve made Christianity confusing and complex for people.”
  • Apart from God, we can do nothing.
  • “Stay connected to God. Fruit happens.”
  • “I hate Christian bumper stickers.”
  • Beyond staying connected to God, we have to help others experience it as well.
  • “The point of grace is that we might have moment by moment connection with God.”
  • “God causes the growth.”
  • Am I radically responsive to God’s will when he prompts me?
  • “Most Christians don’t follow Jesus in this simple way.”
  • Jesus modeled this for us. Jesus followed his Father’s will.
  • “I don’t know how to change people, but is God is healing people.”
