Yesterday I had the opportunity to sit down and interview Joe Sangl. Joe is the Pastor of Financial Counseling at NewSpring. Among other things, we chatted about the recent “tithe challenge”, the current economy and a little bit about Joe’s story.

thanks for doing this. i just fwd’ed to our church leadership team. great ideas (love the form with the three check boxes, one being “I WILL ROB GOD” + the way you guys came along side of people to give them tools and resources instead of just talking about tithing and how they need to give more).
There’s a lot that I absolutely love about Joe Sangl. One of the things that stands out in that first video, is something that Perry blogged recently about in his staff members. One of the first words out of Joe’s mouth on Tony’s first several questions was “Absolutely.”
How can someone be so positive about something that everyone is so NOT positive about – finances?
