One of the things that stands out in that first video, is something that Perry blogged recently about in his staff members. One of the first words out of Joe's mouth on Tony's first several questions was "Absolutely." How can someone be so positive about something that everyone is so NOT positive about - finances? Thanks Tony and Thanks Joe! I am a better leader because of the influence that you guys (and many other incredible leaders at NewSpring) have on me.
