    I’m surprised you guys can call it a “Superbowl” party and not get in trouble by the NFL (especially the size of your church). We’re 700 or so and we had to changed the name of our party to “Souper” Bowl (which turned out to be a fun soup competition) to avoid the “rebroadcasting” violations

    You are evil
    You don’t love Jesus
    You are making the Super Bowl God
    Real Christians go to church instead of watching the Super Bowl
    Way to water-down the gospel
    Way to teach people that football is more important than God
    Blah, blah, blah, blah blah . . .

    Very funny Tony. Loved the commercial, love the thought behind it, and love the creative way you guys presented it.

    Thanks for sharing it and thanks for constantly inspiring the rest of us to try harder and do better in our efforts to reach those that don’t yet know Christ.

    My old church used to sugar coat it and just happen to have a “Family Emphasis” weekend where we didn’t have evening services fall on SuperBowl weekend. Now we just say “Yeah, we’re gonna watch the superbowl.” Loved the promo.

    Uh..Paul, did you watch the video? We’re NOT having a Super Bowl party…that’s the whole point…we’re all staying home or going to our own private Super Bowl parties! Tony, I absolutely LOVED this promo!! Our production team rocks!!
