I also took note of this comment by Chandler:
“I don’t care how you contextualize it, for some the Gospel will be the stench of death…you cannot contextualize the gospel to the point where everyone who hears it will accept it.”
I’m sure Chandler has his views on contextualization, but regardless of them, he is right in that some people just will not accept Christ. That is a painful thing to come to grips with, too.
