Killing Cockroaches Arrives!

killing cockroachesYesterday, the UPS truck showed up at the Morgan household with a surprise package. I wasn’t expecting it, but my first copy of Killing Cockroaches was delivered to my doorstep. It’s a long process getting a book published these days. I just pulled out my book contract. It was signed in November 2007. Finally, I get to hold the finished product. That was a long wait.

Can’t wait to get your reaction. The book hits shelves and websites on March 1. I think you’ll enjoy it. I know my wife was snickering as she was browsing through it last night.

In case you’re wondering, one of my favorite parts of the book are the cockroaches. If you hold the book in one hand and fan through the pages with the other hand, it looks like cockroaches are running across the pages. Who cares about the content. The book is more like a toy that keeps simple guys like me mesmorized for hours.

    Can’t wait to get it for my husband. Okay, I’ll probably end up reading it first and then leaving it on his nightstand so he will finally pick it up when he thinks it’s his idea. Congrats to you! Btw, I hate roaches so this will be hard just looking at the cover.

    yay! such a cool experience to finally hold it in your hands. i can’t wait to see the cockroaches run….that is pretty creepy…but i think it’ll be fun.
