It was great, bite-sized leadership lessons. It's like Hybels condensed all of his wisdom & put it out there for us to chew on. It's a great read. I'd recommend it to anyone in leadership. Can't say enough about the wisdom that one can glean from him in such a way that you feel that you are being personally mentored by the guy. Listened to it while I was working out. It's not read by Hybels but I have to say they did a bang-up job of getting a reader- he did amazing. Should be the reader of all audio books!
