First Five Minutes of Sunday

I loved the opening of Sunday’s service. Since I rarely get to show off Tom, check out his cover of Kristian Stanfill’s “Faithful.” Love the the arrangement, the lights and the excitement this created leading off the service. Good stuff.

Tom is our regular worship leader from the Greenville Campus. He led worship in Anderson on Sunday, while RoseAngela led in Greenville. Too much talent. We don’t deserve it. (But we’re glad we have it.)

    Tony,
Awesome – question for ya, where does this video and audio mix come from – is this just coming off your IMAG, or is the audio post-produced? Is it a split signal going to the internet campus? The audio was really clean for a house mix … even the panning and stuff was prominent.

    @ Fred McKinnon

Yes, we just take a straight feed of our auditorium IMAG for the video and the audio is just an output off our FOH board, no post. Both of these feeds are split in my office to our video on demand capture and our web campus. I wrote a blog post detailing how we do capture and encoding here . If you have more questions just leave me a comment on my blog.

Hey Tony, wasn’t this song written by Steve Fee? I’m pretty sure this is a Fee song, not Kristian Stanfill. Oh well, I guess they are all friends anyway :)

    don,
actually it was written by alex nifong, who plays guitar for Stanfill and used to play at 722 at North Point.

    awesome.
