[deleted] 73113 has been deleted by a group admin." So Tony, did you take down the group? If so all well and good. I had almost 200 views of my resume, and another friend had over 1500 views of his on your Scribd site, however neither one of us have received a single lead or call from it. I am starting to see that with the church it is not what you know or what you have done, it is who knows you and your connections. Still praying, waiting, and starting to see why so many with my ministry bent are planting churches rather than waiting for search committees to get around to making a decision. Going through some James 1 refining. Not fun but cannot wait (well I guess I have to) to see what He accomplishes through me and in me in this trial. Following you and Perry on twitter and your blogs have been some of my greatest encouragement over the past few months. God has given me a vision for what the church could be and should be and every week I see NewSpring fleshing out and fulfilling that vision. My goal is to either join the staff of a church with NewSpring’s DNA and throw everything I have into making the vision come to fruition or help a group of believers transition their church or start a new work.
