While I like some of the instrumentals and interludes on "Illuminate" (as well as the uh-mazing rendition of "All Creatures", I just love how the album flows. "I Need Words" is such a great opener and "Obsession" is probably my favorite song of all time by DCB. I really like DCB but in waiting for a new album I don't want to hear a cover song for the first single. If it's on there fine but not when we are expecting some new originals. I am getting sick of all these bands lately covering other songs, it just seems like we really have a drought of originality for worship songs going on. I realize it is not everyone, but it is a lot. Ok, I am done complaining, time to go write some music so I can be part of the answer instead of just a critic. I am with Tyler on this one. To dupe the Christians out of their money, they take secular music and just change words such as "baby" to "Jesus". For music to be "Christian" it needs to explicitly be about Christ.
