    definitely definitely my favorite session of the 2 days. just incredible how he went from stats and surveys to management style to what needs to change. I couldn’t get enough of his talk.

    i thought Gary Hamel had some of the best content of the Summit. just wish he would have delivered it a little slower so the audience could have fully grasped the importance of what he was saying.

    I could not keep up taking notes…great stuff. I wanted to listen to it again for things I missed, but I don’t think that session was recorded.
